2 out of 5 starsLike other buyers, my item was never shipped to me. I just tracked it and it's going to be delivered to some place in New York City. This Seller ran a promo and got many of us Swifties to buy these Stanley cups. At the time of purchase, this Seller had a good rating, limited information, but it was good. This is absolutely disgusting. Can't wait for KARMA to deal with this Seller. This shop needs to be shut down immediately.

as others have said, they never dispatch the item. they provide you a fake tracking number. they dont respond to any messages. essentially just banking on people buying this and then refunding and making etsy cover the cost of the refund.

Not sure if the shop owner is on vacation but I never received the item and the tracking number is fake.
