I just received my order today and they are great. I absolutely love them. Once I ordered my items I got a response from the seller within 30 min asking what colors I would like. I described to her my luggage color (as these were going to be luggage identifiers) and she sent me some examples right away. She had them packed and shipped by the next day. Exceptional customer service and great quality. She is very talented and creative and it shows in her work.
