This is a digital download and NOT a hard copy. Nothing will be mailed, and instead you will receive a download link instantly via email after your payment has been verified. You can also access your digital downloads at any time by going to your Purchases and Reviews. The files will come in a zipped folder as PDFs.

Digital record books are accessible anytime and anywhere, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of work from any device. Simply use a PDF editor to add information on the go. For a hard copy you can print the document on your home printer, or you can have it printed for you at a local or online print shop. Pages are standard 8.5" x 11" Letter size pages, though you can print in other sizes if needed. Note that print quality may depend on who or where you choose to have it printed, and monitor and printer settings may cause colors to appear differently in print than on screen. Reach out to us if you’d like a spiral-bound printed and shipped copy.

Terms of Use and the Fine Details: You are responsible for researching your state’s cottage laws as well as any federal labeling regulations (possibly including from but not limited to the FDA, USDA, and/or FSIS) and making sure any food or other product that you sell is not only legally able to be sold (with appropriate licenses, permits, etc. as necessary), but that those items sold are labeled appropriately. We will write, design, or print what you tell us to and are not responsible for making sure your products purchased from us fit the individual state or federal requirements, and we are not liable if you do not follow those laws. Always obtain approval from processors and/or any state and federal agencies before purchasing and using any products from us. Initial proofs for designs will be sent within 1-2 business days. Unlimited revisions for designs are given and we will make multiple attempts to reach out, but if we have not heard back from you within 5 business days of your order, we will deliver a final product as-is (or pick one if we gave multiple options) to deliver or print without your final approval. If you do not give us any initial information at all to begin work and still have not responded during this time frame after multiple attempts on our part to reach out, we have the right to cancel and refund your order. If you are purchasing a digital item rather than a physical item, this will be extended to two weeks rather than one week. Processing time is typically 3-5 business days, and will only extend past that in rare circumstances (for example, when a large number of revisions are requested or there is a delay in response time from the purchaser). Revisions may take up to 1-2 business days each. For digital items rather than physical items, there is no set delivery time to be expected and will entirely depend on number of revisions, as digital items usually require more back-and-forth collaboration than physical items. For physical items, we typically ship USPS but can use a different carrier if requested. We ship orders 2-3 times per week depending on our schedule, so once your design is approved it may be anywhere from same day to a few days before shipping. If you need an order by a certain date, please order plenty ahead of time or reach out to us first as we cannot always guarantee rush orders without prior notice. In addition, while this design is created for you without need for reference to us and royalty-free, we do require that you respect our efforts to create it for you and do not resell our work or our designs for a profit. We do retain rights to use any design created by us in our portfolio, as examples in listing photos or on any of our sales channels, and in our social media. To comply with our license terms we also ask that if and when a design created by us is transferred to you (for example for digital labels), that you do not edit or alter the design yourself. If in the future at any time you need minor revisions to your design (extent of which to be determined by us) we will update it for free and re-send the design. Major updates will require a new purchase. Record books, both digital and physical, are copyrighted by Casper Creek Farms.Any purchases of them are strictly for non-commercial, personal use only. You may not duplicate, resell, reproduce, distribute, or profit in any way from them. We will not copy or plagiarize other's work, and we will not add in any already copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed features in our designs. On rare occasions we may use AI in our designs to create something completely original and unique to you, if we are unable to find or create something that fits your vision with our current tools. Because we use some commercially available artwork or artwork that is licensed to us but not copyrighted by us, it may or may not be possible to copyright or trademark your design. We will create a high-quality high-resolution file for you based off of your instructions, but note that small or highly-detailed designs (such as photographs, for example) may not print as clearly. While we will work with you to suggest other ideas or edit the file to make your products look their best, certain design elements may not be possible due to print restrictions. Labels are printed using a 300 DPI direct thermal printer. Color printing is not available (including grayscale) for sticker labels. Color printing, double-sided printing, and borderless printing is available for other marketing materials. Computer settings and other factors may cause colors to appear slightly different on the screen compared to when printed. For physical items, if you want a different size, shape, or color label/paper that we don't keep in stock, we can see if its possible to special order them in for you. Special orders typically take an extra week processing time as we have to wait for the new product to be delivered to us before printing and shipping to you, and there is an extra fee associated with special orders (please reach out to us for details on costs as they may vary). Also, note that special orders may occasionally come from different manufacturers than our standard, which means the features and descriptions given in the listing information may not apply to specially ordered products. Almost all items are made or printed in house by us. There may occasionally be products that we do not print ourselves - these are typically marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, etc but may possibly include other item types as well. For any products we do not personally fulfill, we partner with a small local printing company. We will still personally pickup and inspect each of these items before shipping them to you. For physical items, we can cancel and refund your order as long as the items have not yet been printed, even if design work has started already. For digital items, once design work has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order. For digital products only, no physical items will be shipped and all files will be delivered via email. For marketing services, actual results may vary for such measures as increased traffic, audience engagement, content reach, search engine ranking, and more, based on a number of factors outside our control including but not limited to current ranking on search engines, social media or website content, changes in trends, audience size and current engagement patterns, platform chosen to present the ad, budgeted daily amount for ad spending, etc. Therefore there is no guarantee of any stated results.
