I placed an order on May 18, it arrived on June 4th, completely empty. Empty package, no item, sealed by USPS. I contacted the seller, and basically they just said it’s not their problem. They said USPS “stole” the items out of the package. After stating that they would not issue a replacement or a refund, there was a lot of back and forth. The conversation was obviously far from pleasant on both ends, and definitely devolved after the owner of the store then accused me of stealing the items (note, I provided photos of the empty package sealed by USPS, completely unopened). Then they went back to accusing USPS. Pass on this store.”

hello sara, first of all we always responded in a courteous and calm tone until you started accusing us of running a scam. second we asked you to contact usps and claim with them as the package is seen tampered with which you refused to do and we are not sure as to why. third nobody in the world can send an empty package to another country through customs all packages are checked by them, there is a custom document on the back of the package too if you will check. so it cannot happen till it reached your country and to usps. we cannot refund in case of tampering until first you claim with the delivery company about how they can accept and deliver an empty package at all. but you refused to do that and from the first message claimed a refund from us which raises questions as to why not contact usps at all and claim.
