How long is the turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on the project type, complexity, and current queue. Most orders are usually completed within 7–30 days.

Do you accept commissions outside your listings?

Yes, absolutely! I’m always open to custom projects beyond VTuber or PNGTuber work, so feel free to share your ideas with me!

What happens if there’s an issue with the file after delivery?

No problem at all! If you experience any issues, just send me a message and I’ll gladly help with fixes or necessary revisions ✨

Can I cancel, refund, resell, or edit the files?

Since every commission is custom-made, cancellations or refunds are unavailable once I’ve started working on your order. Please also do not resell, trace, heavily edit, or claim the artwork as your own, as each design is created personally for your creator identity ^^
