> How do the Wombly garments work?
Our garments are designed to meet different needs. They either facilitate the handling of medical accessories on the body (e.g. a feeding tube), are adapted to body dimensions that deviate from the so-called norm.

> How many items of clothing do I need for my newborn baby?
To completely outfit a newborn baby, you will need about 3-4 bodysuits, 2 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of pajamas, 2 jackets, 3 pairs of socks and 1-2 hats. For a winter baby you will also need a jumpsuit or wagon suit.

> How should I wash the Wombly garments?
Please wash our garments with a mild detergent and, if necessary, an ecological fabric softener at a maximum of 40 degrees. Please pull damp into shape after washing and before drying. Please do not tumble dry.

> How do I find the right size?
Basically, our clothing sizes, as usual for children's clothing, are based on the height of the child. If you have measured your child, always take the next size up. For example, if your child is 95cm tall, please buy a size 98.

> Is your cotton certified organic?
All the fabrics we use are certified organic cotton or cotton blends.

> Where are your garments made?
We produce our goods exclusively in Europe under fair conditions in factories that we know. Currently we work with one production site in Poland and one in Portugal.

> How do you develop your garments?
In order to adapt our garments to the respective needs and requirements in the best possible way, we develop them in exchange with doctors, nurses and parents.
In our cutting department, the cut is created by hand on paper and converted into a sewn prototype in our office. Then comes the testing phase - fit, functionality and material are tested until we and our testers are satisfied. Only then is our model ready for production.

How long it takes us to get your order ready for shipping will be shown to you directly via Etsy. It is usually 1-3 business days. If you are in a particular hurry, please write to us and we can take your wishes into account.

> What do I have to do if I want to return an item?
If you don't like an item or it doesn't fit, please contact us before returning it.
Generally, we only accept clothing that has not been worn, is in original condition, and has been claimed or returned within our stated return period. Returned merchandise must be shipped with a tracking number.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, you will receive a refund via Etsy in the amount of the value of the goods again.
