This company sews item to specs. Like all women have different breast sizes, men have different penis sizes. the first ones I received were sewn to standard size and might fit most men. to me they were uncomfortable, however when I ordered again and used original package as a template and informed them of what needed to be changed they did it with no questions asked. last one fit me great and feels very comfortable.
