Where can I find my template?

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a download link for a PDF file. This PDF contains a link to your template in Canva. You can also access your purchase in the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your Etsy account.

What is Canva and how to use it? Do I need to pay?

Canva is a super easy-to-use graphic design tool that allows you to create stunning designs effortlessly. All of our templates are made with the free version of Canva so you don't need to pay for a Pro account to use our templates. To use Canva, simply sign up for an account at canva.com, and you’ll be ready to start editing your template.

What can I change with Canva? Can I change x/y/z?

With Canva, you can customize most aspects of the templates, including text, fonts, colors, images, and layout. If you have specific customization questions, feel free to reach out to us for more details on what can be changed.

How can I open the template? I can't click the button.

Make sure you are using a PDF reader that supports clickable links. Do not open the PDF file in Canva directly, as it may not function properly. If the button isn’t working, try copying the link and pasting it directly into your browser. If you’re still having trouble, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

I can't see my order / I can't find the PDF / I can't open the link from the email.

Please check your spam or junk folder, as the email might have been filtered there. If you still can’t find it, visit your Etsy account’s "Purchases and Reviews" section to access the PDF. If you encounter any further issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.

How can I save my design?

Once you’ve finished editing your template in Canva, click on the “Download” button in the top right corner. Choose your preferred file type (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPG) and save it to your device.

I can't save my files as transparent / watermarks in Canva.

The option to save files with a transparent background is only available with Canva Pro. If you need help with saving transparent files, please send us a message, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can you edit the design for me?

No, we do not offer editing services. Our templates are designed for DIY customization.

Do you offer custom designs?

No, we do not offer custom designs at this time but thank you for your interest. 😊
