Where can I find my digital print after purchase?

You can access your purchase via "https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases" on desktop only, not mobile. To do so, follow these directions: 1. Go to your Etsy homepage 2. Click your profile icon on the top right-hand corner of your browser 3. Navigate to "purchases" and click 4. You're in! Scroll down and find your latest purchase from YuriPrintsArt. 5. When you find the order you are looking for click the black button that says "Download Files" 6. Done!

What are your recommendations for printing?

Here are three different ways you can print your downloads, ranked in order of recommendation: 1. Upload to a professional printing service online. We like pictureframes.com, parabo.press, and posterjack.com. 2. Go to your local copy store (just be sure to bring the files on a USB drive). Examples include Staples, Costco, and Office Depot. 3. Use a home printer. Please note color outcome/quality may vary. In terms of paper, we recommend using a heavyweight matte paper or card stock. For vintage-style prints, premium archival fine art paper will result in the closest authentic vintage look.

Where can I find the frames used in your photos?

The frames used in our listing photos are not physical frames that are sold. However, here are three frame websites that we really like: frameiteasy.com finerworks.com framebridge.com

I used Apple Pay and can't find my download.

If you used Apple Pay or logged in through an Apple ID, you may have chosen the option "Hide My Email" when first creating your account. This means Etsy would have emailed the download information to a randomly generated email and not your own. If you cannot locate your order by clicking here using a computer (not the mobile app): www.etsy.com/your/purchases, please reach out to us via Etsy messaging. Etsy support could also help you locate your order.

I would like a custom color/size. Is this possible?
