Is free shipping provided with all orders?

Free ground shipping is provided for the bulk of items sold with the exception of charms. However, if a package is returned to seller due to inadequate address the customer is responsible for the item to be shipped back to customer. If customer decides to cancel order, a refund minus shipping and handling cost incurred by the seller ($6.00) will be returned to customer.

To clean jewelry we recommend a clean, soft cloth. We do not encourage the jewelry be worn while bathing to achieve the best appearance, as various soaps or cleansers may contain chemicals that impact the bracelets appearance.

Shipping expense for product change.

Anytime there is a requested change to the product originally ordered, the customer is responsible for the shipping expenses to and from.
