Our standard shipping is free on all orders, although this doesn't include any tracking information, benefit from a smoother delivery due to no signature being required.

Meanwhile, our tracked & signed service costs a little extra but you'll benefit from extra peace of mind, as you'll be able to see where your package is and when it's likely to arrive. Both services are delivered in the same duration of time, as per the estimated times below:

We have no limit on the number of people you wish to have in the artwork, and they can all be from separate photos.

Where do I send my photo(s)?
Please send your photos and any additional information in a message within Etsy. If you’re having any issues, please send to the email: info [!at] cmzart.com but staying within Etsy is preferable.

Do you send a mock-up before printing?
Yes, you will receive a digital mock-up within one working day of placing your order. Most orders are also dispatched the same day if your able to respond before 12:00 GMT.

How is the mirror printed?
Our products are printed using only the best equipment, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality prints. Our sublimation printing process is conducted at our workshop in London, UK, using state-of-the-art equipment. This allows us to produce prints with a resolution of 4800x1200 dpi.
