How do I return an order?

Please contact us before returning an item and follow the return deadline of 21 days. Cancellation requests after delivery are handled as returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. If an item arrives damaged, we will contact you with photographs and details of any applicable deduction for loss in value.

What costs are deducted from my refund?

Where permitted by applicable law and Etsy policies, refunds exclude the original shipping cost and a 15% handling fee based on the returned items’ purchase price, excluding shipping and taxes. For “free shipping” orders, we paid the delivery cost upfront, so the actual initial shipping cost is deducted. The handling fee is charged only once per return.

What if I do not collect my package?

Please monitor tracking and collect your package within the carrier’s deadline. If an unclaimed or refused package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping or an eligible refund. The refund deductions described above apply where permitted.

How much does reshipping cost?

Once we receive your returned package, we will confirm your address and provide the payment details. Reshipping requires payment of the new shipping cost plus a 15% handling fee based on the items’ purchase price, where permitted. The original delivery cost remains non-refundable and is not charged again.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us through Etsy Messages so we can help. The deductions above do not override your rights for damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed items.

Highlights

Made by 3Dcorlights
Materials: Plant source polymer

With this elegant golden lampshade, inspired by the art of origami, you're not just lighting up your space; you're highlighting your design flair and competence. Its detailed folds cast mesmerizing shadows and light patterns, effortlessly enhancing the atmosphere of any room. And when it's switched on, it emits a radiant golden glow, infusing your space with warmth and sophistication

Paired with a ceiling fixture kit designed specifically for this pendant shade, it creates a complete and stylish look. If bought together, the lampshade and fixture kit come in a prepared way for effortless, easy installation.

Crafted from PLA, a plant-based polymer, this material offers a lightweight, shatter-resistant, and eco-friendly alternative to glass, perfect for creating intricate designs while reducing the carbon footprint of each lampshade.
The lampshade is exclusively designed for use with LED bulbs. Made from a heat-sensitive plastic, it may warp or deform if exposed to high temperatures.

For S and M sizes, standard 10–12W LED A19/E27 bulbs work best.
For L, and XL sizes, I recommend using larger LED bulbs like G95, G120, or G125—they offer greater brightness and a better fit for the bigger shades.

This lampshade is made using 3D printing technology, which results in visible horizontal lines. The process may occasionally produce small brown spots, minor imperfections, or slight color variations that do not affect the overall quality. The ceiling canopy might have a slightly visible vertical seam from the production method (see photo), but it's hardly noticeable once installed.

Lampshade dimensions:
S: D330mm * H180mm
M: D380mm * H210mm
L: D425mm * H235mm
XL: D460mm * H260mm

Canopy dimensions:
D:102mm * H60mm
Cord Length—The total cable length is 1 meter. Approximately 10 cm is hidden inside the canopy, and another 10 cm fits into the lightbulb socket, leaving around 80 cm of visible cord. (Custom lengths are available—feel free to contact me!)

Plug-In Cord Set:
Comes with a 4-meter textile-covered cable, an inline switch, and an E27/A19 socket with a decorative cover. You can choose from North American, Australian, UK, or EU plugs in the options menu (if a plug type isn’t selectable, it’s currently unavailable).
Please note: Since components are sourced from different suppliers, slight variations in design or color tone may occur.
