When will I receive my order?

All items are made to order and have different expected production times. Please look in the listing for an expected delivery date. However please note that I cannot control for shipping delays so delivery times are estimates.

What if I give the wrong address?

I can change addresses without an issue if you notify before before it ships. However I can't do anything about it after it ships since it's in the hands of the shipping carrier. I do not always get returned or undeliverable items. You will be responsible for the cost associated with reshipping the item which sometimes means the cost to remake the item as well.

Custom and personalized orders

Please include any notes on personalization in the additional notes section at checkout. It's important to notify us immediately for customization. Orders go into queue quickly. Unfortunately I cannot add or edit customization after it's already gone into production.

Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order after it's been sent to our production queue which happens very quickly. Please notify us within 2 hours of placing the order or there may be a risk it's too late to cancel.
