Each item is custom-made once an order is placed, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small family business!

Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates since factors beyond our control come into play once the item is handed over to USPS. Typically, items are produced within 1-7 business days before shipping. While we strive to keep you informed throughout the process, we strongly recommend ordering early for any time-sensitive deliveries.

My item arrived damaged. Can you help?

While such cases are extremely rare, we're happy to offer an exchange if your order arrives damaged. Please contact us through our Etsy shop or submit a help request within 3 days of delivery. When reporting a damaged item, be sure to include photos of both the front and back of the item so we can address the issue with our manufacturing partner.

My item says "Delivered" but I never received it. Can you help?

Please allow up to 24 hours for orders to be delivered, even after you receive a 'delivery' notification. If your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us so we can reach out to USPS and help locate your package.

I accidentally shipped my item to the incorrect address. Can you help?

PLEASE Double check your address. Make sure that your saved address on Etsy is your current address. Your order will ship by default to your saved address. Please know that we are not responsible for delays or Lost packages. We are not responsible for items going to the wrong address. *If you entered the wrong address, please contact us right away. Addresses cannot be changed once the order is shipped.

I'm not sure what phone model I have?

APPLE iPhones - Go to the Settings menu, General, and select About. The device name and model number will be listed. SAMSUNG and GOOGLE phones - Go to the Settings or Options menu, scroll to the bottom of the list and check 'About phone', 'About device' or similar. The device name and model number will be listed

If you have an issue with your order, contact us throght a message directly within 25 days of the product delivery and provide a detailed description of your issue, accompanied by relevant photo or video evidence that supports your case.

Colors will be printed slightly differently from viewing on mobile and desktop devices due to your device settings and the print process.

Just a heads up — we currently aren’t able to include gift messages with orders.
