Custom and personalized orders

We can offer customization on several of our designs as featured in our shop. Please reach out for questions if the listing isn't specifically set up for personalization but you would like to add something to the design. We can discuss if this request is possible! Our turn around time for custom orders is 24-48 hours. You will receive a proof of your design within 24 hours of purchase for your review and purchase. For digital files: You will receive your finalized product immediately following approval of your design. For apparel and gifts: Your order will be placed following approval of your design and a tracking number will be sent over to you via Etsy within 24-48 hours.

Sizing details for apparel and gifts

Each listing should have a sizing chart included in the pictures and/or video. Please reach out if there is not one within the listing. Some of the apparel is unisex which means it will run larger than expected. Some apparel is fitted for women so they may run smaller. These sizes are typically noted in the product description. To decide which size to order, be sure to refer to the size chart within the listing and measure out a shirt that you already own and that fits you well to compare the sizing.

What type of printing do you use for your apparel and gifts?

We use Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing! This process puts the ink right into the shirt instead of like vinyl where the ink is on top of the shirt. This type of printing should not crack or fade.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the fact that we custom print each item once it has been ordered. However, if you have any issues at all with the garment or the print on your product, please send us a photo right away and we will be happy to either send a replacement or provide you with a full refund! In the rare event that a return is accepted, buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, buyers are responsible for any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition.

What type of printable files will I receive?

You will receive high-quality image at 300 dpi resolution in different sizes as listed below: • 5 x 7 Inch • 11 x 14 Inch • 16 x 20 Inch (4:5 ratio, scalable to 4x5, 8x10, 12x15) • 18 x 24 Inch ( 3:4 ratio, scalable to 6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 15x20) • 24 x 36 Inch (2:3 ratio, scalable to 4x6, 8x12, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30) Please contact me if you would like another print size.

How do I print my printable artwork?

You may print this file using your home printer or by utilizing a local or online professional printing service such as Costco, Walgreens, or Office Max/Depot. If you're looking for a reliable option with a wide range of poster and wall art printing capabilities, we personally recommend Printful. Other online printing services include Shutterfly and Vistaprint.

Have your contract templates been looked over by a lawyer?

My contract templates have not been formally assessed by a lawyer. While I have taken care to create a comprehensive and professional document, I recommend that users consult with legal professionals or other relevant legal authorities in their city/state to ensure that this template complies with their local laws and regulations. These contract templates are not a substitute for legal advice, and I am not liable for any legal issues that may arise from their use. Users should adapt these templates to suit their specific circumstances. **Doulas are NOT a regulated profession and have no governing body to protect them. I STRONGLY encourage every birth worker to seek liability insurance for their business.**

Where and how can I use the Digital Doula Downloads that I purchase?

You may use our downloadable doula documents as part of the education you provide to your own clients within your own practice. You may print them as many times as you like for personal use and/or use within your business. You may NOT sell any of these documents on your website or anywhere else. You may NOT include any of these documents in your service packages at a premium. You may NOT use any of these documents as social media posts. You may NOT use any of these documents as freebies in your marketing practices/strategies. If you are unsure if the way you intend to use the documents you purchase is permissible, please reach out to shilohbirthandbeyond@gmail.com

How do I customize the digital templates once I've purchased them?

All of our digital and customizable templates have been created in Canva. All you will need is a free account! Once within Canva, you can edit font styles, colors, headings, and more. Add your own logo and business name and use these templates for your business.

Where can I download my digital files?

To access your files, go to "Purchases and Reviews" in your Etsy account and select "Download files" from our shop. For guest checkout, you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. If you are unable to locate the email, please check your spam or junk folder. In the event that you are still unable to locate the email, please send us a message and we will be happy to assist you in accessing your downloads. Please be aware that downloading files is not supported on Etsy app for mobile or tablet devices. However, you can still download your files by accessing your Etsy account through the internet browser on your device and going to "Purchase and Reviews." For best results, use a laptop or computer.
