When purchasing my original hand-applied creations, my art then goes to my production partner to print onto quality products. As you can appreciate, the cost of the production partner becomes my cost, as soon as you purchase my art. Our production partner typically begins production of your art, well within 1 - 24 hours of your purchase.

Strict deadline: For Cancellations, or an address update, we will need notification WITHIN 10 MINUTES from your purchase, so that we have time to review your request, as well as the time we will need to contact the production team, to cancel your order.

Please include detailed information of your purchase, confirmation details of purchase, your name, your Etsy name, your email, your phone number, your postal address and the reason you are canceling. **PLEASE BE VERY CONSIDERATE BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE and please understand that the likelihood of us being able to cancel an order once you have pushed purchase, is very low.

We do not accept returned orders. We do not offer exchanges for products that are ordered. We do not have an inventory of products, and due to the one-off and highly personalized nature of print on demand, we do not maintain stock to exchange items.

While we want every order to be perfect, mistakes can happen occasionally.

*** We can offer exchange and refunds for your orders only if it meets the following:
✔ If you receive the wrong product in your order.
✔ The order is lost in transit, and the actual shipping time exceeds the general shipping time frame for orders.

We can assist with refunds if you report a missing order after the shipping time has exceeded the general shipping time-frame for your order.

*** Packages are considered lost in transit when:
✔ the products in the order do not arrive at the shipping address provided within the maximum shipping/transit timeframes.

Processing time + Carrier transit time = Estimated Time-frame = Shipping Transit Times

Please contact us if you have orders in transit for longer than the timeframes listed below.
✔ US - Allow up to 14 business days from the ship date
✔ Canada - Allow up to 23 business days from the ship date
✔ Rest of the world - Allow up to 32 business days from the ship date

In the rare case your order is delivered damaged, or if there is a manufacturing issue with art, let us know AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER:

✔ It would help your case, if you take photos of any damaged PACKAGING, BEFORE opening the packaged art.
✔ If the product you purchased is broken or damaged upon arrival, you must IMMEDIATELY notify us and you must take photos of [1] The packaging it arrived in [2] Photos of the damaged art, and notify us within the first 2 business days of the item arriving.

2 BUSINESS DAYS: All claims that are requesting reprints or a refund for damages to the art must be submitted to Luxematters, within 2 business days of you receiving your purchase.

✖ If you don't like the product according to our manufacturer's standards.
✖ If you select the wrong item when ordering the product.
✖ The tracking for your order shows “delivered” but you have not received the package.

Please note: If your order is already in transit, you cannot request any address changes for the order. Any request to change the address in case of an approved exchange, will not be applicable to be covered, so you will need to cover the shipping/transit costs for a change of postal address.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
