The seller was fantastic and answered my questions immediately. The item was not manufactured by the seller, it’s an IKEA product and is what you’d expect from an IKEA product. Very cool light for my star wars room but definitely not the highest quality fixture. Overall though I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this seller to anyone.

Dear Michael, Thank you for your lovely feedback. Ikea's fixture is designed to hang on a hook, which can be drilled into concrete/brick/wooden/etc. ceilings. In your case (drop ceiling), a more secure hook incl. nuts, and washers are necessary to make it more stable. Regards, Tatooine Workshop
