What if my order doesn’t arrive/gets lost in the mail?

All orders have a tracking number that both the customer and our shop can view at any time. We are not responsible for any USPS delays. If the shipping address on the order is correct and it does not arrive, please contact us along with your order number. We highly recommend filing for a lost item through your local post office first. Once your tracking info is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for the loss of an item. We will only replace items if they are lost in transit or haven't been delivered after 4 weeks.

What if the shipping address I put was incorrect?

Please contact us if you put the wrong address before it has been marked shipped. Once it is marked shipped, we cannot change the address as it is the buyers responsibility to have put the correct address.

Can I get a refund on a custom order?

Custom orders may be shipped again if damaged, but not refunded as we cannot re-use or re-sell the item due to it being personalized. All custom products are approved by the customer before they are shipped.

Lovely stickers and quick shipping. Wonderfully large selection of birds. Easy to peel, even on the mini stickers. Including a photo for size reference - duck is 4", budgies are 3" and the others are "mini" sized. Will make a wonderful addition to my nature & birdwatching journal - my only suggestion would be including the names of the pack on each bag... I probably ordered more than most but it would've been helpful to know which bag to reach for more easily! Thank you, look forward to purchasing again : )
