We appreciate your comments and encourage all customers to keep these unique characteristics in mind when purchasing hand-dyed items.
Yarn is very soft and appears that it will be easy to work with. The yarn has different colors compared to those presented in the images. Was expecting the Humahuaca to have purple and white (as in listing), but it had much stronger pink and yellow colors that were not in the listing. Fall was closer to the listing photos, but was significantly different from the photo of the item. Much fewer blue or yellow tones. For both of these yarns they are not within the range of difference I would expect from hand dying yarn. I will not be buying from this store in future.

Hand-dyed yarns like Malabrigo are inherently unique; while photos show the overall colorway, Malabrigo's hand-dyeing process creates beautiful, natural variations where colors blend differently on each skein. These expected differences are part of their charm, not a defect. We're sorry the color variations were more than you expected. Custom dyeing may be a better option for those desiring a specific color distribution.
