The package is marked delivered by USPS, but it isn't here! What should I do?

If a package is marked delivered to your correct location used at point of purchase, I can not issue a refund. Please check with your local post office and/or neighbors to try and retrieve your package and/or file a stolen package claim with USPS. All orders are issued a tracking number after shipment. Unfortunately this is a reality that can happen, and it is so sad for both the customer, and me, the maker. I hope all of your packages arrive safely ♥️

What do I do if an item arrives broken?

If contacted the same day of delivery, I can replace the broken components, parts, or pair. If parts were broken due to customer error at a later date, I may be able to make a custom listing for the specific parts or pieces. :)

Do you do gift wrapping or birthday messages?

Unless I am messaged and we discuss something, all orders (even marked as a gift) will arrive the same way. No prices are ever displayed. Please message me if you would like a birthday message included! :)

Do not submerge in water or get wet- store in a dry area (as with all jewelry!). Handle with care- acrylic is a high quality material but can still possibly break if dropped. Do not throw acrylic jewelry into bags or purses- it may scratch. Do not spray hairspray or perfume on your acrylic accessories, it may discolor them. Clean using a microfiber or soft cloth.

The package has been "in transit" for a long time, where is it?

If your package is "lost" in transit please contact me and I will make sure to sort it out for you! :)

-EARRING FILE SPECIFICS: For the earrings I created in the photo using this file I created, I used 1/8th inch acrylic on a Glowforge laser. I assembled the piece with 8mm jumprings.

- This listing is for a DIGITAL file only. You will not receive the product pictured. You are purchasing this listing to use the digital file to create the piece on a laser printer. All SVGs in my shop have been tested on a GLOWFORGE laser. The picture in the listing is a product I made using the same file . :)

-I have designed this file. You do NOT have permission to modify the file, share the file with others, or claim the file or artwork as your own. You may only modify the design by resizing it, no other modifications are permitted. Due to how I export these files when I create them, there may be setting text in the bottom left hand corner of the file that can simply be ignored or deleted :) If you have any issues, please let me know!

-You MAY use this file to create physical products that you can then sell commercially as a SMALL business.

-Files will be available for download immediately after your payment is confirmed by Etsy. The file is ready to use directly in the Glowforge software. It is a fully finished SVG. Be aware of settings before cutting (engraves, cuts, etc.).
