Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns or exchanges. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests! If we make any sort of mistake on our end, we will absolutely fix the problem for you, and ship you a new (corrected) item. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in this situation. Mistakes do happen, as we are only human, and we will fix any issue that is of our fault.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility to deliver it safely and on time. The Gifting Stitch is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the carrier, or stolen—these situations are unfortunately beyond our control. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If you suspect mail theft, you may request GPS scan details from the carrier and file a report with your local post office or police department. We know how frustrating shipping issues can be, and we’ll always do our best to help you navigate next steps.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

Current processing times are approximately 3-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Please note that processing times are an estimate, not a guarantee. If you need your order sooner, feel free to message us to ask about rush options—we’re happy to help when possible! Every item is handmade with care and created just for you. We work hard to get all packages out as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that delays can occasionally occur—especially during busy seasons. If there is any issue with item availability or unexpected delays, we will communicate with you directly through Etsy messages and provide available options.
