UK orders are posted by 2nd class post. International Orders are sent using the Royal Mail Standard International service. Tracking may be purchased at checkout, in addition to Standard Postage and this will affect the postage cost of your item. I will let you know tracking numbers when I send a dispatch notice. Please note that once I have obtained proof of posting, I cannot be held responsible for loss, damage in transit or non receipt of un-tracked shipments.

Unfortunately I do not ship/post to the EU but I send orders to all other parts of the world using Royal Mail International Standard so if you cannot find details of postage to your country, please message me and I'll let you know the quoted standard price.

Yes, whenever possible. Once your items are weighed and boxed, I always issue a postage refund if possible. If I can do this then I will email you to let you know.

I strive to price my items as competitively as possible - because of this I prefer that you do not ask me to reduce the price. However if you are buying multiple items I always try to combine postage costs and save you some money.

Whenever possible I use recycled packaging. Cardboard, bubble wrap and packing chips will protect your order.

The items in this shop are vintage or antique - there may be signs of use,age and other small defects - I strive to make my descriptions as informative and honest as possible and will endeavour to point this out. Please check all provided photographs as a part of the item description. I am happy to try and combine postage on multiple buys. Please do not hesitate to ask questions about any of my items.
