SIZES
Can be purchased as a set or individually. See size chart for recommendations or messages us for a custom size. The size of the bag is measured when it is lying flat. Consider the total volume of any item you would like to store when selecting size. Recommendations include up to a 2” rise over pan height. If your bread rises more or less, consider the next size up or down.

USES
Linen bags are perfect for storing bread. Linen fabric allows the bread to breathe, which keeps the crust crisp and the inside soft. Depending on the climate fresh bread can dry out faster. Some people keep fresh baked bread in the linen bag until it’s completely cooled from the oven and then place the linen wrapped bag in Tupperware or plastic so it doesn’t dry out. Linen prevents excess moisture/mold and plastic locks in freshness. So doubling up on storage methods can help it last longer. Fresh bread that won’t be eaten within 2 days can be stored in the freezer.

CARE 
Machine wash with a small amount of gentle detergent. While still very slightly damp, so wrinkles do not set, shake the fabric out flat and smooth it with your hands. If you can dry outside, let fresh air and sun do the work.
