I offer two main types of products: Digital Download (Instant Download) — These are digital posters and Frame TV Art that you can download immediately after purchase. You will receive high-resolution JPEG files (300 DPI), which you can print at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. Printed & Shipped Posters — These are physical posters that are professionally printed and shipped to your address. The posters arrive ready to frame and enjoy, without any printing required on your side.

Which option is right for me — Digital Download or Printed & Shipped?

It depends on your needs: Digital Download is perfect if you want your art immediately, without waiting for shipping. You can print it in any size or format you like, as many times as you want. This option works for customers worldwide. Printed & Shipped is best if you prefer a ready-to-hang product. The posters are printed and shipped professionally, so they arrive at your door, ready to display.

How will I receive my digital files after purchase?

After payment, your files are available in Purchases & Reviews on Etsy. Single Frame TV Art — download directly from Etsy. Sets of Frame TV Art or Digital Prints with multiple sizes — you will receive a PDF with a Google Drive link containing all images. ⚠️ Important: You will receive two PDF files: One PDF contains a link to bonus art (a free gift). The second PDF contains a link to the main files of your order. Sometimes buyers open only the first PDF and think they received the wrong files — please make sure to download both PDF files.

In what format are the digital files provided?

All digital files are JPEG, 300 DPI, ideal for printing and screen display. If you need a different format (PNG, PDF for printing, etc.), you can contact me and I’ll provide it.

Can I request a custom size for digital prints?

Yes! Just contact me after purchase, and I can prepare a custom size free of charge.

Can I return or exchange a digital product?

Digital files cannot be returned, but if you have any issues with downloading or opening your files, contact me and I’ll help.

What if I have questions or problems with my order?

You can message me directly through Etsy. I handle all inquiries personally and will do my best to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.

If you proceed with guest checkout, your purchase list will not be available. In this case you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download link.
