How does an “Instant Download” work?

Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.

Where can I find my digital purchase?

To access your digital files from your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

Buying digital item as a guest?

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

Having trouble downloading file?

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again. If your device states that the file has been corrupted or can’t be accessed, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please do not hesitate to contact me through Etsy Messages for further assistance.

It says I don’t have access to my file, help?

All of my digital items are opened to anyone who purchases! Sometimes this Etsy error occurs to some users but when this happens, please reach out for quicker assistance! I have alternative ways to help you.
