How long does it take to make a Custom made order? Our custom jewelry is handmade and typically takes 1 - 3 business days to create before shipping. If you need a rush order, please contact us before purchasing.

How do I choose the right necklace length? We provide a size guide in our product photos or listing descriptions. If you’re unsure, we recommend measuring an existing necklace or using a string to check your preferred length.

How should I care for my jewelry? To keep your jewelry looking beautiful: • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. • Store in a dry, cool place when not in use. • Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap if needed.

What happens if my package is returned to the sender?

All parcels marked as “Returned to Sender” will be disposed of by the shipping carrier and cannot be reshipped. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we do not offer replacements or refunds for orders returned due to the following reasons: 1. The address provided was incorrect or incomplete. 2. The package was unclaimed after an attempted delivery. 3. The carrier deemed the address undeliverable. If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We may be able to update it before the order is processed, but once shipped, we cannot make changes.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees on my order? Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply when the package arrives in their country. These fees vary by location and are determined by local customs authorities.

What happens if my package is delayed due to customs?

However, the following are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation: • Bulk or large-quantity orders (4 items or more), • Discounted or sale items, • Items that have already been personalized and produced, Each case is reviewed individually. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee address changes.
