We offer exchange only due to the nature of our items.

If you wish to exchange any items please contact us via eTsy messages. We will not accept exchanges unless the order has been accepted as an exchange (via customer service) and we have been notified of items being returned with tracking number.

To enable us to exchange your purchase, items must be in the exact condition you received them in.


Returns can only be accepted within 3 days of receiving order. You must contact us within 3 days with return request.
No exchanges can be processed after this time.

We offer samples in 25 cm most of our trimmings. To request a sample , contact us with:

- the item details
- Potential order quantity if sample is suitable (How much you may need for purchase after sample is received)


PRICE
Samples are charged depending on the length ordered.
For example if the trim is $4.00 per yard and you request 25 cm, you will be charged $1.00 ($4.00 x .25 cm = $1.00)

Important: Please let us know the quantity you are looking to purchase before ordering a sample for an item. As some items maybe low in stock and a sample order maybe useless

Once an order has been placed we cannot cancel. You may add items to outstanding order or request an exchange.

No. Our times are mostly handmade an we only have a limited amount of quantity in stock for each design. Once it has sold out we probably will not get it back in stock again.

We offer priority shipping via USPS only.
Please note, this does not include processing times. If an order is required by a certain date please account for this.
