How do we resize the images?

I will provide you with multiple sizes for any backgrounds/ images you purchase if you have a custom size you are after please email me and I will do my best to accommodate. Please keep in mind the canvas of the image will have to stay the same to avoid loosing parts of the image. Eg. landscape cannot be changed to portrait without losing a large portion of the image. If you have the photoshop program please see YouTube link below as I have provided a video on how to easily resize images in photoshop. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wo_3uBcz71k Hope this helps

I can't preview my .abr files in google drive how do I download them?

Google Drive typically doesn't support previews for .abr files because it doesn't have a built-in preview feature for Adobe Photoshop brush files. Adobe Photoshop brush files (.abr) are specialized files used specifically by Adobe Photoshop for brush presets. Therefore, Google Drive doesn't generate a preview for them. When you upload a .abr file to Google Drive, you'll usually see the default file icon indicating the file type, but you won't see a preview thumbnail like you might for an image or a PDF. However, you can still download .abr file by either double clicking or right clicking the file or pressing the download icon in the right corner of the page. Your file can then be accessed in your download folder.

Why are the files on a google drive?

Some digital products, such as large design files or video tutorials, may exceed the file size limitations of Etsy. Therefore, Google Drive typically offers more generous storage and file size limits, making it suitable for sharing larger files.

iPads Compatible with Procreate Brushes?

Procreate requires iPadOS 14.4 or later. Ensure your iPad is updated to at least this version of the operating system to run Procreate and use brushes effectively. iPad Pro Models: iPad Pro (all generations) iPad Air Models: iPad Air (5th generation) iPad Air (4th generation) iPad Air (3rd generation) iPad Models: iPad (10th generation) iPad (9th generation) iPad (8th generation) iPad (7th generation) iPad (6th generation) iPad (5th generation) iPad Mini Models: iPad Mini (6th generation) iPad Mini (5th generation)

I am having trouble downloading my procreate brushes

If you're having trouble downloading Procreate brushes, there are several potential reasons and solutions to consider: Common Issues and Solutions File Format and Compatibility: Ensure that the brushes you're trying to download are in a format compatible with Procreate, typically .brush or .brushset. File Corruption: The file may be corrupted. Try downloading it again from a different source if possible. Storage Space: Check if your device has enough storage space to download and install new brushes. Internet Connection: A poor or unstable internet connection can interrupt downloads. Make sure you're connected to a stable network. Browser Issues: Sometimes, the browser you are using might have issues. Try using a different browser to

Troubleshooting Specific Errors (for iPad procreate brushes)

Troubleshooting Errors "Cannot Open File" Error: Ensure the file is not in a compressed format (like .zip). If it is, unzip it first. Verify that the file is not corrupted and try downloading it again. "No Supported Brushes" Message: Confirm the brush file is specifically designed for Procreate. Brushes for other applications (like Photoshop) won’t work in Procreate. "Procreate Not Listed in Sharing Options": Restart your device. Ensure Procreate is installed and updated. Check if other apps (like Files) recognize Procreate as an option. If these steps don't resolve the issue, you might consider reaching out to Procreate's support team or consulting forums and communities where other users might have encountered and solved similar issues

Do your brushes work in other apps? like affinity photo

Please read the listing description for brush compatibilities. Most of our brushes are created for Photoshop and Procreate. While some software, such as Affinity Photo, do support .abr file brushes, they may encounter errors. Although Affinity Photo's brush settings are similar to Photoshop's, they are not identical, and therefore, brushes may not function as intended. We do not recommend using our Photoshop brushes in other software unless explicitly stated. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing or let us know which brushes you need for which software, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that there are no returns on downloadable items as per Etsy guidelines, so be sure to read item descriptions carefully.

What versions of Photoshop do I need for Photoshop Brushes

To use Photoshop brushes (.abr files), you can generally use them with the following versions of Adobe Photoshop: Adobe Photoshop CC (Creative Cloud): This includes all versions of Photoshop CC, which are continuously updated. Adobe Photoshop CS6: The last version of the Creative Suite series, CS6, also supports .abr brushes.

Photoshop says the file is not compatible or is an unknown format when installing brushes.

If you're attempting to install your Photoshop brushes, and you receive an error that says the not compatible or is an unknown format, it is usually because the file has been damaged during download or unzipping. 1. Check for Updates: Make sure you have the latest version of Photoshop. Updates often fix bugs and improve stability. 2. Delete the Corrupted File: Remove the downloaded brush file 3. Restart Your Computer 4. Re-download the Brushes: Download the brush files again, ensuring you’re using a stable internet connection to avoid corruption during the download. 5. Restart Photoshop : Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. 6. Install Again: Once you have the new files, try to load the brushes again.
