INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All bags that are shipped outside of the UK are sent WITH TRACKING. The shipping carrier that I use is Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched in 1-3 working days. All UK bag orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class post - unless shipping is upgraded at the checkout. All UK bag strap orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class post - 1st class is available for an additional fee. Shipping times are an approximate due to holidays, customs and weather. STUDIO TEW is unable to guarantee an exact delivery day because of this.

I work Monday to Friday, 8am until 3pm. I aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours, please take into consideration different time zones and holidays etc.

Please ensure that the correct & full delivery address is given at the checkout. STUDIO TEW is not responsible if an item gets sent to the wrong address. Please contact me ASAP if the address needs to be changed. If an item is shipped to an incorrect address it will normally be returned to me & additional postage must be paid to re-ship the item to the correct address.

For the first 7 years I individually handmade each item myself. When my second child came along I simply didn't have the time to keep up with demand. I had to adapt my business & I now work alongside other business' who hand make items for me from beautiful Italian Leather. All the handbags are handmade in Italy and my STUDIO TEW tags are made in the UK by Peter Gaye, who is a mental heath nurse for the NHS along side his laser printing. SCREEN COLOURS & VARIATIONS

I do my best to ensure my photos are a true representation of colour, but due to different phone/computer/iPad screens colours can vary from screen to screen. Please bare this in mind when ordering.

The return address can be found on the postage label on the front of your parcel. Please pop a note in the box with your order number on & a reason for returning. Eg: unsuitable/wrong colour. Refunds are processed in 3 working days once the item has been received back & checked. All returned item's must be in original, unused condition & returned within 21 days (extra time is allowed for orders outside of the UK) The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. Postage paid when placing the order is NOT refunded. If Free Shipping is used when placing the order, this cost is deducted from the refund.

If on the rare occasion your order develops a fault, please contact me. Faults are covered up to 6 weeks after the delivery date.

Feedback is hugely important to me & my shop & other small business' alike.
