Files are available immediately after purchase. No physical product will be shipped. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive mail with a link to a PDF where you can download your files (Purchased files come without watermark).

What do I do, if I don't have Photoshop?

The mockups are made to be used in Photoshop, but if you don't have access to Photoshop use a free alternative called Photopea - but we don't offer any support, help or guarantee for this program since we don't use it ourselves. You'll find a TUTORIAL here: https://youtu.be/TKVTNV0Kqvk Although if you use another program we can't guarantee full functionality nor do we offer support for programs we don't recommend.

I only got a PDF in my order, where are my files?

Some files are too big to be uploaded to Etsy directly and you will therefore receive a pdf containing a link to your files.

To add your artwork in the PSD file, just double click on the smart object, add your design to the layer, save and close the smart object.
