Can I preview the artwork before shipping?

Absolutely! For all our artwork, a draft is provided within 1-2 days of receiving your photo. After you approve the draft, we'll move forward with printing and production.

Is the quality of the artwork good enough to be printed on a large frame or canvas?

Without a doubt! All our artworks are custom made specific to each size on the order to ensure the highest quality for printing. For your peace of mind feel free to check out our reviews on printing quality from our happy customers!

What happens if my order is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please let me know right away through Etsy Message with a picture of the damaged item, and I will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery is 10 to 15 days from order to your door. That covers both the hand-finishing time, production and the shipping. Your print is produced and posted from a facility in your own region, so you're not waiting on international shipping. If you're working to a specific date, tell me when you order and I'll confirm what's possible before I start. Expedited shipping is available on request.

Will my photo work? It's old and not very sharp.

Usually yes. I can work from older, softer or slightly damaged photos, and phone photos are completely fine. Good light and a clear view of the face matter far more than megapixels. Send it over and I'll tell you honestly whether it will work before you spend anything.

Do you take custom commissions?

Yes, and a lot of of my work is custom. That includes pieces built from more than one photo, portraits combining people who were never photographed together, and requests that aren't in my listings. Just message me with what you have in mind.

Do you only do portraits of people?

No. Pets are one of my most requested subjects, and I also work from photos of homes, favourite places, cars, boats and landscapes. If it's meaningful to you and there's a decent photo of it, I can work with it 100%.

Is this hand painted on canvas?

I don't create traditional hand-painted oil or acrylic paintings directly on canvas. Instead, I personally create each artwork by hand using professional digital painting techniques to achieve a painterly look, and once you're happy with the design, it is professionally produced on premium canvas. A key advantage of this process is that I'll send you a preview before production, allowing you to request any changes so you know exactly what you'll receive.
