What if my delivery address is incorrect?

Please check that your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order, including the house/flat number and postcode. If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, I will do my best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, I cannot change the delivery address. If an item is returned to me because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, I will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage costs may apply.

When will my order be dispatched?

Most cards and gifts are made to order and are usually dispatched within 1-4 business days. Some handmade items require a little longer and have a processing time of 3-5 business days. Please check the estimated delivery date shown on the individual listing before ordering.

How are UK orders sent?

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout. Please note that a delivery upgrade speeds up the postal service after dispatch; it does not change the processing time needed to make and prepare your order.

My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and tracking details will be provided with your dispatch confirmation. Occasionally deliveries can take longer than expected. If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please check the tracking information first and contact me through Etsy if you need any help. Royal Mail does not consider a Tracked 48 item eligible for a loss claim until 7 working days after its due delivery date, so I may need to allow this period before I can make a claim for a missing parcel. If your order qualifies for Etsy Purchase Protection, you may also be able to receive a refund through Etsy if your parcel does not arrive.

I need my order quickly - can you send it sooner?

If you need your order by a particular date, please contact me before placing your order and I'll let you know whether I'm likely to be able to dispatch it in time. I'll always help where I can, but my usual processing times still apply unless we've agreed otherwise. You can also upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for faster delivery after dispatch. Please remember that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and once an order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside my control.
