I am not taking custom orders at this time. However, you are welcome to send me ideas or suggestions of what you would like to see. If you are interested in an existing item in a different color, I may be able to work that out - please message me to inquire.

Can I buy your figurines or supplies separately?

I do not sell any of my supplies outside of what I create with them. There are plenty of fantastic supply sellers here on Etsy, and elsewhere online :)

I would like to make my own resin crafts - can you tell me how you made this?

Due to time constraints, respectfully, I am unable to answer detailed questions about technique or supplies. There are many content creators on Youtube, TikTok, or Instagram who post detailed tutorials that are worth checking out.

I would like to get 20 of these for party favors/gift baskets/etc. Is that something you do?

How do your re-stocks work for your popular items?

Great question! I generally re-stock my popular items when I'm down to the last few in the listing. Each round of new items is completely different than the last one, and I rarely make the exact same item more than once. However, I do re-use the same numbers, so if you had one in your cart from before - please double check as it may be a different color if there was a re-stock. Likewise, if you placed and order and see that what you ordered does not match the current listing, please double check the re-stock date - you likely ordered before a new round was listed. If you would like me to message you when I've published a re-stock, simply send me a message to get on that list.

I received my order and it's not what I was expecting - what should I do?

I want everyone to be 100% happy with the products they receive from my shop. I put a lot of thought and pride into all of my creations, and take great care to ensure they arrive to you safely. Furthermore, I have tried to convey each item's size to the best of my ability in the listing photos - typically I photograph them next to a US quarter and a ruler for reference. I'm also happy to take additional photos or measurements prior to purchase. If something has fallen short of expectations and you feel you cannot leave a 5-star review, I would like to hear your feedback. Please message me with any concerns so I can make it right.
