You can view and download your purchased digital items from the Purchases and Reviews section of your Etsy account once Etsy clears your payment.

Can I download digital files from the Etsy app?

Digital purchases cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app. To download your files, please sign in to Etsy using a mobile browser or a computer.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account. How can I download it?

If you purchased a digital download as a guest, you can find the download link in the receipt email sent to you after your purchase.
