Your Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is updated before proceeding with your order. You have 24hrs to contact us about any error on your order. An item may be delayed if we do not have your correct address on file and need to get in contact with you to correct.

Lost or Damaged Order

You will always receive an email with a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. If for any reason your package gets lost in transit or you see it marked as delivered but did not receive it, that is unfortunately out of our control. Rinacreating is not responsible for items once they have been marked shipped, and we cannot be held liable for mistakes made by USPS. Please contact USPS directly for more information on delayed or lost items. If for any reason your item arrives damaged, this must be reported to us within 24hrs of receiving. Please make sure to send photo of damage and we will work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is our number one priority!

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. This does not apply to custom orders.
