**IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING PUFF VINYL TRANSFERS**

Puff vinyl is a specialty heat transfer material that requires precise application to achieve the desired raised, dimensional finish.

Results may vary depending on your heat press, actual temperature, pressure, pressing time, and heat distribution. Not all heat presses are calibrated accurately, and even small differences can affect the final appearance.

By purchasing our puff vinyl transfers, you acknowledge that proper application is the responsibility of the purchaser.

We are not responsible for application errors, inaccurate heat press settings, uneven heating, incorrect pressure, or results that differ due to pressing conditions.

**Refunds or replacements are not provided for application-related errors.** If you believe you received a defective product, please contact us with photos before attempting additional applications so we can review the issue.

We stand behind the quality of our transfers, but cannot guarantee results from equipment or application methods outside of our control.
