PRINTING RECOMMENDATION

We would suggest home printing or a service of a reliable local print shop, such as our print partner Prints of Love. You will find a discount code within your purchase files.
I recommend to use fairly thin paper of 70 or 80# text weight.
Please note, as monitor colours, papers, and printer ink quality vary, there may be a slight difference between the colour you see on screen and that in your final printed product. Liners may require some small adjustments as not all envelopes are created equally.

As per store and Etsy policy, digital downloads are not eligible for refunds.

Was really looking forward to this envelope liner! Unfortunately, the seller doesn’t mention that her “A7” envelope doesn’t quite match…. After reaching out and sending photos, the seller suggested I made my own template to tweak her design. That completely defeats the purpose of purchasing a premade liner? Due to this, I wouldn’t recommend this seller

Response from Alicia

I responded politely and quickly the numerous messages from you and your friend. I advised that your envelope was not A7. When you printed the correct liner size, and sent me a photo of that, it was a close fit that required trimming for the perfect custom fit. I advised that after you got the desired fit you could use that liner as a template guide for how to cut out the rest. You refused to do this, demanded a refund, and threatened me with a negative review. Posting a 1 star review and an image of a liner deliberately placed in the wrong size envelope all because you didn’t want to trim 1cm of paper is juvenile. Your image shows my products printed out beautifully on a home printer, and that with care and some attention to detail they can be beautiful additions to envelopes.
