Where can I print my digital art?

Recommended online print services: thestackhouse.com / theprintspace.com / mpix.com / posterjack.com 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. While you can also print at local copy centres like Staples, Walgreens, etc., print quality varies. I highly recommend a professional online print service. If using a home printer, color outcome/quality will vary. Send only files to print services - not links.

What type of paper is best for displaying artwork?

A heavier weight matte paper or card stock is a great choice on any budget. If you really want a to go an extra step, we recommend looking into Giclee (zee-clay) paper prints that have a range of textured qualities, amazing for display and gallery quality work. You can always request samples from professional printers.

Can I use your artwork for commercial use?

Commercial use is not permitted. Please do not share or reproduce our files for resale. You are not permitted to edit or make changes to the artwork for commercial use or resale in any form.

I can't find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your search, this can help you locate these emails in the future.

Do I need a Dropbox account to access my purchased files?

You do NOT need a Dropbox account to download the files. If prompted to sign-in or sign-up, click the "continue to website". It's recommended to download your files directly to your personal computer or device.

Downloading Instructions

To download the high resolutions files, open the individual file you need and do a direct download by clicking the download button. 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 right click and save the image shown on your screen. This only saves a low resolution preview image. Download each file that you need individually. Do not download entire folders unless you are familiar with extracting compressed zip files.

Apple Pay & Apple ID Issues

If you paid via Apple Pay or logged in through an Apple ID and cannot locate your order, or did not receive the emailed Etsy receipt, please read below. When signing into Etsy through the app, you may have chosen the option "Hide My Email", which creates a unique, random email address to use with apps, websites, etc, to keep your personal email private. In turn, you will not receive the Etsy email receipt with the link to download your files. Instead, it was sent to the randomly created email address. If you cannot locate your order by logging into your Etsy account through a web browser (Etsy.com - not the app), please reach out to me through Etsy messaging. Etsy support could also help you locate your order.
