HOW TO SEND US REQUIRED PICTURES FOR YOUR ORDER

1st Method: • Send your image by contacting us from our Etsy storefront or directly from your order receipt found in your purchase history. • Simply attach and send the image(s) in the message thread. 2nd Method: • An email attachment with the file can also be sent to our email address at brite_studio@outlook.com • To help us with this process, it is suggested to use the same email used to login to your Etsy account and to provide your order number in the subject line. Note: • These images can be sent before or after your order is placed with us. • We accept most file types- JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF files are preferred to process your order.

PROCESSING TIME & STATUS

All of our items are designed by us. At this time, we would love to expand our shop when the time is right and be able to create our own sublimation designs. Currently, we have production partners that fulfill our printed designs for the following: beer can glasses, pint glasses, tote bags, ceramic ornaments, can coolers, and mugs. This means that the order will be shipped to you directly. Processing times are stated on each listing and vary per product. All other items in our shop are handmade and typically are produced between 1-3 business days unless we do not receive the information from our customer to process a custom order.

Please note that for personalized items, we will likely message you a draft for approval (if stated in the listing). If you do not respond by Etsy message, we will email you. If no response is made we by the last processing day, we will either make the order based on the information that was given or cancel the order. You are always welcome to reach out to us before the order is placed to inquire if we can assist with a faster shipment by informing you of our production timeframe and if a shipping upgrade may be required. We want you to love your order and also for it to be received on time and are happy to help in any way we are able.
