How do I download my digital purchase?

Once your purchase is complete, you can download your file via the download link provided by Etsy. Access it from the “Downloads” section in your Etsy account. Etsy will also send an email with a direct link to download your files. If you experience any issues, please reach out to me, and I’ll be happy to assist you with a new link.

What’s included in my purchase?

Your mockup package includes one PSD file, one JPEG file in the same dimensions, a Photoshop mockup tutorial video, and a Photopea mockup tutorial video. These files will help you use the mockup easily and get the most out of it. Note: This mockup does not include the presentation designs shown in the preview images.

How do I use the mockup?

To use your mockup, open it in Photoshop or on Photopea.com, locate the “Your Design” Smart Object layer, and double-click it. Drag your design into the new window, save and close it, and return to your main mockup file where your design will now be displayed. I’ve included a tutorial video in your download file to make this process as easy as possible. If you need any help, don’t hesitate to reach out!

I don’t know Photoshop or Photopea. How can I use the mockup?

The purchased package also includes a JPEG file, which you can use in Canva, Procreate, or any other graphic design software. However, this file does not include automatic placement or editable layers. These features are only available in Photoshop and Photopea.com. When using the JPEG file, you will need to manually adjust the placement and perspective of your design within your chosen application.

Can I resell the mockups I’ve purchased?

No. Reselling or sharing the files for free is strictly prohibited. The mockups may only be used for showcasing your designs. All copyright and ownership rights belong to STUDIORAD.

Can I return my digital purchase?

Etsy does not accept returns for digital products; however, at STUDIORAD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’ll be happy to help in the best way possible.

Open your mockup in Photoshop or Photopea.com.

Find the Vector Smart Object named “Your Design” and double click on it.
Drag and drop your image into the new opened document. Save and close the Vector Smart Object. Return to the main mockup where your image will be displayed. It's that simple!

💌 Important Note:
The file you purchased also includes a JPEG file. You can use it in Canva, Procreate or any other graphics program. But there is no automatic layout or layer for your image. You can only use this layer in photoshop and photopea.com. The frame where you can place your artwork will be empty. You will have to prepare the perspective and placement of your artwork yourself.
