1. Do you accept custom design requests?

Yes. Depending on the product and request, we may be able to make changes to an existing design, such as adjusting design elements, colors, or placement. If you have something in mind, please send us a message before ordering whenever possible. We’ll be happy to discuss your idea and let you know what’s possible.

2. Can I request an option that isn’t listed?

Yes. Depending on the product, additional options may be available even if they aren’t shown in the listing. For example, additional poster sizes or apparel colors may be available upon request. If you’re looking for a specific size, color, or other option, please send us a message before ordering and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.

3. Are frames included with posters?

No. All RMDesignJP posters are sold unframed. Any frames shown in listing photos are for display purposes only. We currently do not offer framed poster options, so you can choose a frame that best matches your space and style.

4. Will the colors look exactly the same as the listing photos?

Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, printing or production methods, and the material used for each product. Woven products may also show natural color differences because the design is reproduced using woven threads rather than printed directly onto the fabric. If you believe your item has a significant printing or production issue, please contact us through Etsy Messages and include clear photos showing the issue. Photos are required for us to report the issue to our production partner and arrange the appropriate solution.

5. Where are your products made and shipped from?

RMDesignJP is based in Japan, where our designs are created, but our products are not shipped from Japan. Our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners. Production and shipping locations vary depending on the product and delivery destination. Whenever possible, orders are fulfilled from a location close to the customer, helping to provide more efficient delivery. So, even though RMDesignJP is a Japanese shop, your order may be produced and shipped from a fulfillment location closer to you.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to change your size, color, or another order detail, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders are submitted for production after this 24-hour period, and changes or cancellations can no longer be accepted once the order has been submitted for production.

7. I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?

Not always. If you order multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately depending on the products and fulfillment locations. This means your items may arrive in separate packages and on different days. If one item arrives before another, the remaining item may still be on its way.

8. My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us through Etsy Messages. We’ll be happy to look into the shipment status and, when necessary, work with our production partner to help find the appropriate solution.

9. There is a problem with my order. What should I do?

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing or production issue, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us through Etsy Messages. Please include clear photos showing the issue. Photos are required for us to report the issue to our production partner and arrange the appropriate solution. We’ll be happy to look into the issue and help make it right.

10. Can shipping take longer during busy seasons?

Yes. During busy periods such as the holiday season, shipping carriers may experience higher package volumes, which can sometimes cause delays. Weather conditions and other carrier-related circumstances may also affect delivery times. If you’re ordering for a holiday, birthday, or other special occasion, we recommend ordering as early as possible. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us through Etsy Messages and we’ll be happy to help check the shipment status.
