I've used XL premium velvety poinsettias edged in gold and beautiful XL shatter proof designer ornaments with glitzy poinsettias painted on them....soooo pretty'. A beautiful JUMBO Tartan plaid taffeta bow graces the center. It measures 72" or 6 feet long and it is approximately 15” wide but it is flexible. I don't know if any of you have had to ship any large packages lately but shipping has gone up astronomically! Please don't think my shipping prices are inflated because they are not.
Please understand that my designs ship in XL boxes and dimensional weight is charged by the carriers.
My wreaths ship in 25" x 25” x 8” boxes
My garlands ship in 25" x 25 x 13” boxes
My pillows ship in 19 x 19 X 16 boxes (for 20" square pair)
My centerpieces ship in various size boxes depending on size needed for each design.
I do not charge any handling fees. I recycle ♻️ boxes whenever possible to keep costs down. I don't try to make any money on shipping... I generally lose money on it.

I personally design and make all my wreaths, centerpieces, and arrangements. I put a lot of thought, time, and love into each one. Although I may use some of the same materials, no two wreaths are exactly alike. They all have their own personalities and are original designs.

My customers are very important to me and my goal is to always have 100% satisfied customers.  Please check out all my positive feedbacks and buy with confidence!

PAYMENT:
I accept paypal instant payment or Etsy checkout. You can use most any credit card and you do not have to have a PayPal account to check out. You can check out as a guest if you choose. PayPal is the safest online checkout available online.

SHIPPING:
A NOTE ON THE SHIPPING COSTS:  My centerpieces and wreaths are shipped in XL boxes and dimensional weight charges are applied by the carrier.  Because of this they are EXPENSIVE to ship. I do not charge inflated prices for shipping and I do not charge any handling charges so please understand and consider this when you leave feedback :)  

V.I.P…. I ship all purchases with SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY. This is the safest way to ship.
                                          
I CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES …because I also use USPS competitors.

***I ship only to the continental US for now.  I do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, or U.S. possessions.  I do not charge inflated shipping and handling charges.  I do recycle boxes whenever possible. I will do my best to pass any savings I get on to you.  Shipping insurance is included in your shipping costs.

I reserve the right to use the carrier of my choice per listing.  Most times I use FedEx and sometimes I use UPS, and I also use USPS depending on how big and fragile an item is. It just depends on what time of day my shipping goes out as to which carrier I use.  If I miss my deadline on one I will use the other to get your purchased item to you as quickly as possible.  

PACKAGING:
I do not charge any fees for packaging. I recycle boxes whenever possible. When it's not possible I buy the boxes new. I do my best to save money wherever possible and to pass that savings on to my customers. I do not charge any handling fees.

RETURNS:
Floral Designs:
I accept returns on most everything except for Holiday designs. I have a modified return policy on those which is:
I will be happy to accept returns FOR EXCHANGE ONLY on my Christmas decor ‪UNTIL DEC. 1st.‬  ***After Dec 1st I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS*** No exceptions.
On seasonal and Holiday designs I only accept returns for exchange only. No refunds. All returns before that date must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery in original box and packaging in new condition. The buyer must message or email me for return instructions. Please insure for full purchase price with carrier to insure your refund when returning..
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER PURCHASES or customized items (not shouting just want to get your attention so there will not be any misunderstandings:)

INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED and RETURNED PACKAGES 📦
*Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for the costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned Without Authorization & Unclaimed Shipments: We do not accept returns on Custom Made To Order items or for items that have been altered/customized ...because they have been personally custom made or altered just for you.
Any items returned without authorization after delivery confirmation will be held and reshipped only at the customer’s request and expense. After 30 days, unclaimed and returned packages will be donated to charity.

Pillows:
I do not accept returns on my pillows for health reasons. Fabric sample cuttings are available for most pillows. Just message me with your address and I will mail you a small sample of fabric.
