What do I do if my item arrived damaged?

I have not received my item and it is past the delivery date. What do I do?

The postal service has been experiencing delays in regard to many different factors. Please understand, that once USPS has the item in their possession, I unfortunately have no control over delays or delivery date. If your tracking is delayed, please be patient. The USPS does not always show all updates immediately. If you have any questions in regard to tracking or the location of your package, please contact me or your local post office. Thank you!

Clothing: these items can be washed and dried as normal. Tumblers: I provide a care card with each cup purchase. Some of these instructions include: These are hand wash only, do not microwave or put in the oven, due to how these cups are made they are not appropriate for the dishwasher.

My tracking says delivered but my item is nowhere to be found. What should I do?

In most cases the carrier will mark an item Delivered prior to actually delivering it from cases I have seen. My advice would be to contact your local post office, if they indeed say they delivered the package and it's nowhere to be found, please contact me and I will file a Claim with the Postal service.

How are the tumblers made?

My tumblers are made with Sublimation ink, a process where the design is directly infused with 365 degrees of heat onto the cup. This means that the design is PERMANENT- no peeling, no chipping etc.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within the first 2 hours after placing the order. Any attempt to cancel after that time frame will be not be approved.

I put the wrong shipping address. What do I do now?

Please contact me as soon as possible! As long as I haven't shipped your order, I can update it to the current address.
