Item was not on time with sending product and did not communicate in appropriate time. I had to order and send more invites from another seller and asked for a refund. I’ve yet to receive the refund.

Dear Lauren, the digital files for the personalized item you purchased were sent to you within the timeframe. We communicated with you a few hours after your message, though you never responded to our question about whether you wanted a refund instead of the digital files. We waited for your reply—which never came—and sent you the digital files before your order was overdue. Only after you received your order (along with a gift specially made just for you) and several days had passed since you got the files did you remember to contact us again, saying that you wanted a refund.
