Item: This is a beautiful Italian wedding cake bead necklace. The beads are black with metallic gold, pink, and opaline decoration. Interestingly the glass manufacturers in Italy still closely guard their methods of making these as a secret - kind of like a secret recipe. This was well cared for and is in excellent condition.
