Response from Printedminis

Hi Elijah, Thank you for the 5-star review! Sometimes the best transactions are the simplest ones. I'm glad we could get your Vampire infantry shipped out to you quickly and smoothly. We always put a lot of care into getting the best possible detail by using a 14k ABS-like resin at a 20-micron layer height, so I hope you enjoy the quality of the miniatures on the tabletop. Thanks again for choosing us, and happy wargaming!

Hi James, Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I am thrilled to hear that the Vampire footman halberdiers were exactly what you needed and that you are happy with how the prints look. I really appreciate your patience with the courier hiccup, too! It is always frustrating when shipping does not go exactly to plan, but I am always happy to jump in and help get things sorted. I am just glad we got them to you safely in the end. Thank you again for choosing us for your tabletop army, and I would be absolutely delighted to print for you again whenever you are ready for your next project! Best regards, Callum
