How do I access my digital order?

You can access your digital files from your Etsy account at any time. Log in through a web browser (e.g., Firefox, Safari, etc.) as the Etsy app does not support downloads. Click on your account in the upper right corner to open the drop down menu, then click "purchases." Next, click "Download Files" for each item you purchased.

I checked out as a guest and do not see an email from Etsy. How do I access my digital order?

First, make sure your email address on file with Etsy is correct. Next, check your spam/junk folders. If you paid for your order with PayPal or Apple Pay, your order receipt may have been sent to the email address used for your PayPal or Apple Pay account. Try searching your mail for "transaction@etsy.com." You may also create an account using the same email you made the purchase with and then claim your order. Your files will be available to download under purchases. For more help reach out to Etsy Support.

I purchased a bulletin board and would like to print the half size for my door. How do I print the half size file?

Most printers will default to filling the page with the image size. For half size files, you will need to scale the image to 100%. Please follow these instructions for printing the half size files. -When printing from Word: Select "Print" Select "Scale" and type "100" percent, then "Print." -When printing from Google Drive: Select "Print" Select "More Settings" Select "Scale" Type "100" Select "Print."

I bought a digital download but only see one file—did I get my whole order?

Yes! Many of my digital listings include multiple files (often up to 5). On the download page, scroll down past the first file to see and download the rest. Etsy displays the first file at the top, but the others will be listed below it. (This may be easier to view on a desktop). To find the download page go to Your Account . Purchase > Download File > Download Each File Individually.
