What is the difference between eco and natural leather?

Eco-leather is soft and sits very well. I will look great on the body! The natural one is sturdy, it has a more authentic look and quality feeling. For exabple, the best choice for fetish/BDSM play is the natural leather, because it is dense and doesn't stretch.

Yes, we can do plus-size. Just write your measurements in the personalization section or contact me with that info and we will make a product based on it.

How long does the shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes for 1-2 weeks to the USA and about 2-3 weeks to Europe. There is also fast shipping, which is a payable service, the cost of it depends on the delivery country. We have an option of free fast shipping to the USA for the items which you can find in the stock. Be aware that before the shipping there is also the process of creating the product which also takes 3-5 business days!

What if I didn't receive the parcel?

For the starters try contacting your local post office. There you get the answer of where is the parcel, what happened with it and how to find out the possible reason why it wasn't delivered. Be aware, that if you missed the time of picking the parcel up and the parcel was shipped back to Ukraine, we can ship it to you again, but then you should pay for the shipping.

Do you have special offers for bulk orders?

We make a 15% discount for orders of 5 or more products (but chokers doesn't count).

We make items according to our size chart or your measurements. Every product can be well regulated, so we don't accept returns on this case, only exchange with the client paying for the shipping in both directions.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds.

We do returns, exchanges and refunds in case if there was our fault in sending the wrong item or any other mistake. We always contact our clients and try to find solutions to all of the possible situations. A third party delivers parcels so we are not responsible for the work of the delivery office. If the client made a mistake by buying a harness and then not wanting it or choosing the wrong size and realizing it when the item arrives, we do not refund the cost of the item in such cases as we did our best to deliver. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not refund the shipping cost as well as the 10% of the administrative fee if there are cancellations, returns or exchanges of the item. Please, be aware of that.

What if the return or exchange is not an option for me but there's still a problem?

If you have contacted us and we admitted that the mistake about the harness size or some other details was from our side, we can also offer you to go to a local master (in case if the return or exchange is not an option for you). We are ready to refund 20% of the price that you will pay your local master.

I got confused putting the harness on. Can you send me a video or some instructions on how to do it?

I have more than a hundred different designs in my shop. Either drawing the instructions for each one or recording the videos would take a few months full of work. If you got confused and need some help with putting the harness on, please see the photos of the harness in the listing or contact me, and I’ll be more than glad to help you.
