METALS + GEMS
My pieces are made using high quality 925 sterling silver or 14k gold filled wire, chain, and findings. Gold filled jewelry is made by bonding a thick layer of gold to a brass core - it is longer lasting than gold plated and is a great alternative to solid gold jewelry.



I source all gemstones from reputable suppliers and take care to select only real and genuine stones. Some gems may be treated to enhance their colour, please message me if this is a concern and we can find an alternative.



Each gemstone is unique and there may be slight variations in the shape, size, or colour of the stone. Let me know if you have a preference or request and I will my best to accommodate wherever possible.

CARE TIPS
Artefact pieces are delicate and should be handled carefully to ensure that your jewelry lasts. Pulling or tugging may cause damage, so avoid wearing your jewelry when sleeping, exercising, or showering. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and beauty products (such as lotions, perfumes, and hairsprays) - these can get trapped in-between the wire and the gemstones causing tarnishing. Try to remember that jewelry should be the last thing on in the morning and the first thing off at night!

CLEANING TIPS
Wipe down your jewelry after each wear with a soft polishing cloth. A small amount of gentle soap and water can sometimes be used to clean the metal, but you should avoid getting the gems wet - some gemstones can crack or fade with prolonged exposure to water. If you do get your jewelry wet, just gently pat dry before storing or wearing your piece.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Most orders are shipped with tracking via ChitChats and are handed off to local couriers for final delivery. Please be aware that there are occasional postal delays and that delivery times are estimates not guarantees.

CANADA: Standard delivery is tracked and takes approx 2-12 business days. Let me know if you'd prefer lettermail shipping and I will be happy to accommodate (note: this service is untracked and uninsured).
USA: No customs/duty fees and free tracked shipping on orders over $35 USD. Delivery takes approx 5-12 business days.
INTERNATIONAL: Delivery can take 2-6 weeks depending on location. An invoice is provided for customs and buyers are responsible for any fees/taxes that may apply

PACKAGING
All orders come packed in a small reusable bag with a jewelry card to prevent tangling, and includes a handwritten note with the gemstone and meaning of your new piece - let me know if you like a different name than the one listed on your order. A gift receipt is included if the gift option is selected at checkout, otherwise printed receipts are not used to prevent paper waste. Please leave me a note if you'd like one with your package.

Choose to add gift wrap to your order and your jewelry will be wrapped with matching paper and twine or ribbon. A sample photo can be found in individual listings. Don’t forget to include a note to your gift recipient if you’d like it to be added to the receipt!
