What happens if I receive the wrong item?

I am human and make mistakes! Occasionally, I might mix up a shipping label...oops! Keep what I sent you, contact me immediately (within 48 hours of delivery), send me a pic of what you received & I will ship you the correct item(s). I will not send a replacement - corrected item after 5 business days.

This is an online retail shop on Etsy not a wholesale website.

Do your signs have holes in them?

No, the signs do NOT come with pre-punched holes. Our signs have a variety of uses, are mounted differently and some prefer the clean look of no holes. You can purchase a handheld metal hole punch at any hobby store in the jewelry section that is the same as which I use.

Do you make custom signs?

No. At this time, I am not accepting any custom sign builds. I will do some light edits to existing signs on a sign by sign basis, *I reserve the right to refuse any custom design request and / or terminate this service at any time without notice. **Custom work is EXCLUDED from sales

Do you donate through Etsy?

No, all donations are made to verified 501c charitable organizations outside of Etsy. Do not solicit a donation on Etsy, we will not respond. Also, we will not respond to who we donate to or how much we donate. as I am sure you do not want to tell me your financial business.

Incorrect Shipping address?

If an item is shipped to to the address provided and is returned to sender there will be a 30% restocking fee and the remaining amount of the purchase price will be refunded. **shipping charges will NOT be refunded. If you need your item to be shipped to an address that doesn't match what you have on file, mark the item as a gift and send it to yourself at the new address. If you put an address in the note to seller field that does NOT match your ship to address your order will automatically be cancelled. The only EXCEPTION is if we have messaged and I am made aware of your need to ship to a different address prior to purchase.

Your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. I will always do my best to process your order and have it to the shipping carrier expeditiously. There are no guarantees when it comes to the estimated delivery times shown during checkout. These time frames are just what they are....an estimate. Once the shipping carrier is in possession of the package I have no control. If you need an item by a certain day, purchase one of the shipping upgrades available at checkout, if an upgrade isn't available on an item message me and I can give you some quotes for expedited shipping (fair warning...it can be expensive). ***FREE SHIPPING $75+

Round Aluminum Wreath Sign - Flat, one-sided print. Sublimated on 0.025-gauge (about 1/16th of an inch thick) Aluminum with UV protection to reduce fading. This lightweight sign is great to add to a wreath or place on a decorative stand or use as a wall hanging to add as decor around your home.
